Meet The Owners
Rick is a former counselor and manager who spent 20 years with Child and Adult Protective Services, as well as serving as Program Coordinator for the Juvenile Assessment Center. After witnessing the challenges for care and living transition for his 97-year old grandmother he became passionate about helping seniors age in their own homes with dignity.
Kris is a former 911 dispatcher and EMT, and worked in sales and deployment roles for Motorola Solutions, Inc. where she deployed public safety software across the United States. Danielle has been a CNA and CMA for almost ten years, and has spent the majority of that time working in the senior care industry. She started at A Place At Home as a caregiver, but quickly moved into an administrative position as a Senior Services Coordinator, matching clients and caregivers. Her passion for helping seniors continued to allow her to evolve at APAH, and she is now the Office Manager for two locations in Nebraska.
Aubre started her career in the senior care industry after 15 years of working in the medical field. An event with her grandmother prompted her to seek work in the senior care industry. She found her place at A Place At Home almost five years ago, and is grateful for the opportunities to make an impact in the lives of seniors and caregivers every day.
Denise has been with A Place At Home almost since the very beginning. She was the full time nurse for the flagship location in Omaha Nebraska, and has spent the last 7 years training and mentoring caregivers, putting together care plans for her clients, and providing Care Coordination for those who need it. Her passion is helping others, and she’s often heard saying, “if they are under five and over 65, I can help!”
Bobbi started her career in home care working as a CNA and CMA at age 18.
